After playing with this and a couple other mods alongside a friend on my server, he got a de-sync loop and the game wouldn't stop re-syncing. I disabled each of my mods one by one and disabling this one fixed the de-sync. Let me know if you need the save, mods, etc.

I'm sorry but I don't have capability to test desyncs. I could try to check out desync report but your best bet is posting on bug report forums with mods etc to see if someone can figure it out.
I didn't make any significant changes recently and RSO has been mp stable from very long time so there is a chance that something else is going wrong.

Actually please post the file and mods.
I can try to run headless server and connect to it - this might be enough to desync and check whats going on.
