Makes resources more sparse than base game. You will need to use trains much earlier to get resources. Game will be more difficult especially with higher enemy settings.

yeah I generated a few maps and then just admin explored them, the few maps I was having issues with I was just getting unlucky, but it is spawning it around normally, so disregard this. Sorry, just wanted to make sure there wasn't something up, but an hour of testing and I determined it's just luck based. lol delete this thread.
