Overhauls resource spawning system.
does this RSO changes the ground.... like grass / desert ? i cant get a decent grass map
ps. how is the oil in this version of RSO ? i dont want oil FIELDS of 50 ish + at 200 / 600 % cap i would say.... 8 / 10 spots in a " field" max
The 50+ oil wells per spawn was fixed some time ago. If you are lucky you can get up to 10 in region. Grass/desert is not modified by RSO.
