Mid-game rocket artillery. An artillery turret that fires guided rocket shells at spawners and worms. Unlocked after Explosive rocketry, and brings the artillery targeting remote with it.

Comes with Configuration options and should be configured to be just slightly worse than baseline artillery once you can research it.
Does scale with weapon damage/speed research

Comes with 2 new items. A shell casing and the assembled shell. It requires Explosive Rocketry and Military 3

Made some new icons for it but the building is out of my abilities
