Adds a midgame, non-combat vehicle between the car and the spidetron.

The rover comes with:
- A larger inventory space (200 vs 80 slots.)
- A higher base speed than the car.
- Impact resistant plating (Immune to collision damage, but can't mow down biter bases).
- An equipment grid for scaling speed, inventory, or durability as you progress through the midgame.
