Place the module in the Oil Refinery.
Select the "Emulsion slushing" recipe with Normal quality.
Change the quality of the recipe.
Observed effect: The bonus for Diamond drops from 1.84% to 0.5%.

If you remove the module and insert it back, everything works as intended.
