It would be great if mod would work when scanning planets with Nav Sat in Space Exploration.

as far as i know, it does work, at least, the planets i did scan had the tags in place as the scan progressed. If you somehow dont have them, you might need to do a "/resourcemarker retag" but for that youll want to use version 0.7.28 instead of 0.7.29 as it introduced a crash on retag.
