I haven't done any explicit testing with py mods. I have done testing with several mods that and new resources/ores/etc and it seems to work fine with them, so I would assume it would be okay with py mods.

yes it works fine but i dont know why some numbers dont match the res. number thay have on filed

Mods that add infinite resources are often considered two different types, and the mod isn't able to merge them, so the numbers will as if two ores are in the same location.
