Until I either learn how to or get someone to make art for this mod, I am going to be limited in what I can add.

An in development technology mod.
I will try to change as much as possible about the base game. Not all changes are final (Or properly implemented for that matter).

Turns out my version numbering system was whacky so ignore the 0.0.5 -> 0.5.1 thing, All I did was change 2 or 3 things.
the ..x versions aren't big enough to warrant changing the .x. version.
