Connection between Secretas and Solar System Edge is there but you can't fly there directly, flying over Aquilo instate.

I think I'm gonna need a little more information than that, either a list of planet mods you have enabled in that general area, or an image of the situation, because I'm not quite sure I understand the issue.

you can see that there is a space connection between secretas and solar system edge but a ship is not able the take that path.
i tried allready disabeling this mod and the connection is working fine

Hmmm, I have a few theories based on what you mean by this. But assuming that you have SSEdge unlocked as a space location, and the problem is that ships prefer to take the route through aquilo instead of taking the direct path; I would ask to check the distance values for those two routes.

I get the feeling this issue might be related to this weirdness that was reported a few months back, regarding the distance values between the outer planets (even without Outer Rim installed).

I'll look into this later tonight, but knowing the distance values would help; if the route between Secretas and SSEdge is longer than the distance between Secretas->Aquilo->SSEdge, then of course, ships will take the shorter path. If it's not that, then I'm not sure

Let's see here, with RSC and RSCompat enabled., Secretas->SSEdge is 129kkm, while Secretas->Aquilo->SSEdge is only 19kkm+99kkm, so only 118kkm

With both mods disabled, the distances are.. somehow just as nonsensical; Secretas->SSEdge is 20kkm, while Secetas->Aquilo->SSEdge is 80kkm+100kkm, a ridiculous 180kkm distance. I don't even know where to begin with this.

I might try enabling a certain fix is still in the code, but is currently deactivated. Not sure if that will fix the issue without causing more...

I think I tested almost every scenario, but I added a setting for route distance recalculation that should hopefully the issues with these manually set distances being incorrect.

In general, this will increase the distances between routes the further away they are from the sun. Orbits near Nauvis and below will remain unchanged (1x); orbits within Nauvis-Fulgora distance will be slightly increased (up to 1.25x), orbits between Fulgora distance and just before the Solar System Edge will be notably increased (up to 2.5x), and any routes connecting to the Solar System Edge itself will be set to 4.85 (this keeps the Aquilo-SSEdge route at the vanilla distance of 100kkm)
