b [Fixed] Cubium – Nexus positioning issue

Cubium has been pushed behind the Nexus and is completely inaccessible.

I’m using the Redrawn Space Connections mod, the Asteroid Belt mod, and the Nexus mod.

Hmm, that's a tricky situation.. Asteroid Belt moves Cubium to that spot, which is very near where Nexus's original position was, before I move it closer to the Oort Cloud and the other outer planets. Even if I leave it where it was, Cubium's only connection is to Nexus, leaving it without a non-promethium connection.

With manual connections being a last resort (since other planets can easily ruin the aesthetic with their own automatic non-crossing connections), the only solution would be to move Cubium again.. in a way that doesn't conflict with any of the other outer planets, or with Outer Rim (which already moves Cubium once more) Quite a tricky proposition...

Alright, I think I got the compatibility figured out; only move it if it was not already moved by another mod (with just Paracelsin installed, Cubium is placed way closer to the other outer planets; Outer Rim also moves it to a better position), before data-updates.

I tested the minimal modlist (Asteroid Belt + Cubium + Nexus), then with Paracelsin, then with Vesta (since it's moved to the same general area), and finally tested with Outer Rim (with and without Vesta); Cubium should be technologically accessible before promethium in all cases.

Implemented in v.1.0.30
