Looking deeper into the code, everything they do is hard-coded, so I'm not even sure how or why Cerys gets moved. That mod should specifically only create 3 routes (nauvis-aquilo, vulcanus-aquilo, and vulcanus-fulgora). Then it changes the.. oh, Cerys didn't move. Fulgora got moved, and Cerys appears to not have accounted for the new position? Which is weird, because I would have thought PlanetsLib did some recalculation magic to keep satellites close to their parent bodies during final-fixes or something. How odd...
I also think this mod is antithetical to Redrawn Space Connections anyways; RSC tries to remove all the routes that overlap each other, while this mod.. makes even more of those routes. The end result of running both is that most of these new routes get removed, and you end up with something similar to the base game routes.
Honestly, somebody needs to make an incompatibility here, since they are clearly trying to do the exact opposite of each other
