I have found an issue when combining Arig/Hyarion + Paracelsin + Asteroid Belt.
None of these mods add a connection betwen Hyarion and Paracelsin. So Asteroid Belt need not remove any such connection.
This means those three mods alone are fine.

However, Redrawn Space Connections adds a route between Hyarion and Paracelsin. Such a connection should not persist across the Asteroid Belt.
Redrawn Space Connections throws incompatibility errors with Asteroid belt, so I tried Redrawn Space Compatibility, but the Hyarion–Paracelsin connection is still there.

I'm reasonably certain this is not intended by the planet authors.

That new planet Hyarion bundled with Arig kinda flew under the radar for me, thanks for bringing it to my attention! That is certainly a wildly long connection, I mean I know there is line-of-sight between Hyarion and Paracelsin, but wow lol.

Added Hyarion to the list of inner planets in v1.0.9, removing the connection to Paracelsin (and any other outer planets), when playing with Asteroid Belt
