b [Fixed] Vesta bypasses asteroid belt

Not sure if I should report this here or elsewhere, but well as the title says, Vesta still bypasses the asteroid belt. I vaguely remember reading somewhere that it's not decided yet which side to count Vesta in, so maybe I'll just wait for that?

Yeah, if you went looking into the code, then I probably wrote something about Vesta in there.

I think its repositioning and stuff should probably be handled by Asteroid Belt (which makes sense, as Vesta is a relatively recent release), because if I mark it officially as an outer planet (which it likely should be), then it will lose the connections to Tiber and Fulgora in the image, and only retain the connection to Paracelsin. And if Paracelsin weren't installed, I believe it would have no connections left (or maybe it might connect to Cubium, but that just kicks the problem down the road)

I don't actually know how to move the planet myself, and I don't think I want to mess with that sort of change from within this mod, soo.. I'm not sure what to do with it.

Right yeah. I personally would say it's fine to have in the outer system, which also makes the most sense to me. Especially since atleast it won't intersect visually the connection to dea dia lol.

I found out that moving the planets is actually ridiculously easy, and AsteroidBelt has some useful functions for positioning, so I was able to set up a temporary patch, moving Vesta closer to Aquilo and the other outer planets.

It currently checks if the planet is still in its originally defined position and orientation, so if either of those are modified by AsteroidBelt in the future, it won't attempt to patch. Implemented in v1.0.2
