I’ve already written the code and have actually been using it in the Razi modpack for a month, though only for personal play. Since I don't plan to officially update to 2.1 myself just yet, I’d like to share this patch mod with you so you can integrate it for the V20 update.
It implements three main features:
1. It limits the number of space platform drops; if set to 5, for example, the drop cooldown will refresh continuously once the limit is reached to restrict further drops.
2. It limits productivity bonuses and uses code to redirect any productivity applied to this recipe over to the advanced fuel instead.
3. It modifies some of your recipes (specifically, ones I felt weren't sufficiently recyclable).
