Started a new world with this mod enabled and since your rocket change requires thrusters to launch a rocket you're actually softlocked from going to space at all on a fresh game. This is because Thrusters are locked behind the Space Platform Thruster research, which requires space science to unlock.

9.17.2 version fixes this bug.

Now Thrusters are unlocked along with CargoPods, but you cannot make fuel for them in space until you have space science. Game play unchanged, soft lock fixed.

I also noticed that the starter packs didn't deliver a CargoPod along with the 10 space foundation, I fixed that bug as well.

Thanks for the fix! If the mod portal had a rating system I'd leave a good one.
