b W (width) for upgrade can't be greater than the inverse of X offset

When using the upgrade blueprint it can't seem to have a width that is higher than -X (the offset) when upgrading chips inside assemblers.

The upgrade blueprint does not effect the assemblers themselves

For example, if I set the ofset (X) to -18 and the W to 21, it will only effect the assemblers up to 18 units to the right of the offset point.

Not sure what to do about this.

Checked to make sure it wasn't just a centering issue: it does not effect anything to the left of the offset point either.

I can't reproduce the problem.
-Check the "Area X,Y position" in map settings.
-Check all the signals.
-Try using deployer logging.

If nothing helps, then post here a bleuprint with the problematic setup and a description of "what was expected" and "what happened".
