i encountered an incompatibility where another mod was overwriting the changes to research that this mod did, and discovered that there is a failsafe in case the construction logistics tech doesn't exist, I propose to have an option that allows forcing that failsafe to trigger for situations where there might be mods outside of your control messing up the research
