currently can count almost everything but tiles, even tile ghosts

Technically, tile ghosts are entities.

I'll think about how to scan the tiles.

i have a simple scanner that surrounds any ore field in stone tiles

i want to make a scanner that upgrades stone tile to asphalt, and a scanner that places concrete everywhere that does not already have a tile

(it would be lame if these were specific mod tools, they need to require circuit work)
