rebalances a lot of numbers, specifically modules, without adding any new items

all changes are configurable except the module rework, the default changes are listed here:

-removed burner inserters, beacons and heavy oil to solid fuel recipe

-solar panels produce 6kW instead of 60kW and cost twice as much to craft

-accumulators store 500MJ instead of 5MJ and cost 10x as much to craft

-steel furnaces consume 135kW instead of 90kW but pollute 3/m instead of 4/m, also they get a module slot

-electric furnaces cost twice as much and consume 400kW instead of 180kW, but have one more module slot and work twice as fast

-assembler 2 costs twice as much but works 33% faster

-assembler 3 costs twice as much but works 3.2 times faster

-boilers cost 10x as much to construct, but steam engines cost a little less

-fast inserter cost 2x, energy use 7KJ -> 4.5KJ, idle power 500W -> 800W

-solid fuel 12MJ -> 20MJ, rocket fuel 100MJ -> 200MJ, crafting time 30 -> 120

-energy shield mk2 recharge rate 12 -> 24, power use 360kW -> 720kW

-fish healing 80 -> 20

-reworked module values, and made them scale multiplicatively (currently done with a timer and an invisible beacon under all assembling machines, please lmk if you have a better idea)
