I have just traced a bug to this mod that makes it so when you cut & paste entities with circuit wires connected to entities that are not being cut & pasted, those circuit wires will not be reconnected when you place the blueprint.
For example, you have 2 connected power poles with red and/or green circuit wires. If you move one of the poles by cut & pasting it, the circuit wires should connect, but with this mod enabled they don't. Tested with only this mod installed.
