After updating a bluprint the loader is invisible.

Should now be fixed for most cases in v1.1.0. Unfortunately updating a blueprint directly from the blueprint library is still broken, and I don't believe there's anything I can do about that.

I am having this issue. Blueprint updates are loosing the bulk rail loaders and unloaders.

Can you please elaborate? What are the exact steps you are following? Where is the blueprint you are updating located (in library, in chest, in character inventory, in hotbar, in cursor hand, etc.)? What version of Bulk Rail Loader are you running? Can you provide a save?

"updating a blueprint directly from the blueprint library is still broken" this is a Factorio issue and must be fixed by the Factorio developer. But I don't think they do that anymore. Maybe in 2.0. Hope dies last. ;-)
