when disabling the foundry via settings (all other quirkycat mods in standard config)

btw the reason I want to disable the foundry because I get a soft lock with Alloy Smelting mod which requires stone bricks as unlock but I can't afford the foundry at that stage

Had a look at alloy-smelting, hopefully this will resolve your issue...

This sounds amazing, thank you! I’ll try it out tonight when back on computer. Hope I can re-enable the the mod as due to the config change it doesn’t start up and it turns out one can not easily edit the configuration when Factorio can’t boot up :-/
