QuirkyCat Electronics (Quirkytronics)

- Adds electronic components, eg capacitor, triode, microchip, magnetron, drive - Also adds copper coil and transformer used in some recipes - Circuit recipes (green, red and blue circuits and quantum processor) now require these components to craft - Circuit recipes no longer require the previous tier of circuit - Support for other quirkycat mods especially circuit boards in quirkycat useful wood - Requires bztin/bzlead for solder and bzsilicon for silicon/wafer
