A novel approach to Quality that removes the lottery. Bespoke recipes for vanilla items, rewarding complex production chains with guaranteed results. Designed to fit into vanilla or lightly modded playthroughs.

New item recipes will yield items one quality higher than their ingredients - but with increased complexity and cost over their base-quality counterparts. Higher qualities need higher quality ingredients, resulting in complex sequences that have the possibility of quality at many steps, but need thought and planning to get the most out of it.

Quality Remastered requires Space Age, and is designed around it. Each planet unlocks a variety of quality recipes that follow the planet's themes and gameplay style, but can be processed on any planet - as long as you bring the materials.

Quality modules are completely removed. All end products should be achievable in their highest qualities through the new recipes.

v0.1.1: Removed quality placeholder items from the Ghost Cursor list and Pedia, as they were not directly usable in either.
v0.1.0: Beta release. Space age is fully playable. No known bugs. Custom planet mod integration not yet ready.
v0.0.2-3: Adjustments and QOL changes.
v0.0.1: Initial alpha release. Nauvis is playable, with access to rare-quality copper and iron for early game items.
