Makes Quality work like Productivity. Once the respective progress bar reaches 100%, the next craft will be of higher quality.
Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
Furnaces, assembling machines, production chains.
The progress bars stop increasing at crafting speed 15 for me.

If a machine crafts too fast (less than 2 ticks per craft) Promotion doesn't work on that machine correctly. Or to put it another way, there needs to be at least 1 tick where the craft is on-going. Sadly, nothing can really be done about it.
