Allow down-binning of quality items by putting them in a bin with a different quality label on it. Complete overhaul for 2.1, full support for modded quality levels.
The mod Quality Down-Binning (0.5.0) caused a non-recoverable error.

I suspect this is due to another mod modifying the default quality levels; as of now the mod doesn't support custom quality at all, but I'm hoping to get that implemented soon, possibly this week.
Were other mods loaded that modified quality levels?
yup. that was likely what caused that. working on 2.1 related stuff now; migrating content and looking at potential mod error detection for the 2.1 release now at this point (and suggest any development modders are doing be focused towards the 2.1 release as any effort devoted to 2.0 is likely wasted effort at this point.
