Is it intentional that Copper and Stone cannot be mined with the Fluid mining drill? Since it requires Water / Carbolic oil it feels like it should work.
i believe the reasoning is they don't want to give you more stuff to start with, as otherwise you cannot automate copper or stone until after you unlock the fluid mining drill
