hi dont know what is going on but 1.7.4 works in eng version with all py mods made by pyanodon and his team without py AL.
mybe the tansaltion in other languages is not done
i know that 1.6.8 works in all lang and 1.7.2 im sure for eng also 1.7.4 works in eng i hope it helps you if you wanna play

can you get in game and change mod coal processing to 1.7.2 update all other py mods to latests version
but im not sure you have problem with sand in the washer recepi
