b Crash with Assembler Pipes Passthrough

Hi! Loading your mod together with Assembler Pipe Passthrough results in a crash:

   5.077 Mods to disable:Failed to load mods: Error while running setup for entity prototype "distilator" (assembling-machine): Invalid fluid pipe connections: connections must all be at least 1 tile distance from each other.
assembling-machine fluidbox 1 connection 2 ends up being the same tile as assembling-machine fluidbox 2 connection 1.

Mods to be disabled:
• pycoalprocessing
• assembler-pipe-passthrough

You can easily fix this by blacklisting your distilator in APP.

(By the way, this happened in pycoalprocessing 1.5.5 and 1.5.9, i.e. with Factorio 0.17 and 0.18. It would be nice if you could fix this for both versions -- there still are many users of the stable version around.)
