Workaround for the 2.1.7 fluid mixing prevention regression (forums.factorio.com/viewtopic.php?t=134184). Declares machine fluid ports as input-only or output-only so they stop merging into pipe fluid segments, which is what triggers the exact-temperature-filter equality check.
