P.U.M.P. (Prevent Unwanted Manual Pump-placement) takes out the chore of making outposts. It's a selection tool with which you can select liquid resources (oil, sulfuric acid, etc.. ) and it then proceeds to plan the layout of pumpjacks and pipes for you.

Hi! You're welcome; I'm glad you're enjoying it!

Well, .. this is awkward. It looks like I didn't properly test a fix I did in the previous release, causing heatpipes and power poles no longer to be placed at all.
I've uploaded a new version with a fix in it.
