P.U.M.P. (Prevent Unwanted Manual Pump-placement) takes out the chore of making outposts. It's a selection tool with which you can select liquid resources (oil, sulfuric acid, etc.. ) and it then proceeds to plan the layout of pumpjacks and pipes for you.

Hi, I got this mod the other day but I can't figure out how to use it. There are no new buttons on my HUD, the mentioned selection tool isn't anywhere to be seen (including the blueprints UI), and placing a pump jack does nothing. How do I use the mod?
