When clicking the pump, there's this weird brown [F] meter counting down even though I'm doing nothing.
Does it need a constant combinator to work? It's apparently connected to some circuit network even without one (both a red and green circuit, even without connection), but I can't change the flow rate in the pump UI.

It consumes 1kW less than the normal pump and has no minimum consumption? Why? The minimum consumption of the normal pump doesn't depend on the flow rate either so it doesn't make sense to get rid of the minimum consumption for the adjustable pump.

It "consumes a virtual signal F" instead of electricity...? If there should be "virtual" signal, should I not need to use a combinator? Can I set that "virtual" signal anywhere in the pump?
