upgrading from normal to uncommon works as expected but attempting to upgrade any item with uncommon quality or higher give the message "Item or one of the previous ingredients can't be refined!"
Hi, this sounds like a game bug but I haven’t had time to send in a report yesterday. Nevertheless I’ll make an workaround asap. I used only normal quality while testing :(
