Hello,
Trying to download the mod from the game, I get an error message saying "Install failed for promethium-quality: Download failed:".
It seems that it is the only mod affected.

Hey, I submitted the 0.8.2 version twice... the first time I had debug logging enabled when it shouldn't have been. Try downloading from here, or if you can't be bothered, restart Factorio and/or wait a few minutes for the game's mod menu to recognize it. Sorry about that
