I just added your mod and I am getting this error now not sure if its your end?

I think the error seem to be, between your mod and Nuclear Science Mod (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/atan-nuclear-science?from=search)

Hey, the issue indeed was a problem on my end. I didn't properly copy the sciences required for the Refinery. This'll be fixed in 0.8.1
