makes all smelting recipes take 1 ingredient to smelt, so that your furnaces don't get clogged when using mixed belts

reduces probability of getting output and crafting time to compensate for the lower cost

in vanilla, that means:
- iron and copper smelting are unchanged
- steel smelting costs 1 iron, 20% chance of producing steel
- stone brick costs 1 stone, 50% chance of producing brick

compatibility note: any recipe that works in any "furnace" will be modified
that includes things like deadlock's stacking, or krastorio's crusher

this mod also (optionally) reverts K2's basic furnaces:
- they automatically select a recipe
- coke is removed from steel recipes
- coke is replaced with coal in other recipes
