Super duper simple mod that modifies combinators to use primary-input power to improve their reliability during power shortages, for example making memory cells less likely to malfunction during brownouts.

Thanks to Nullius by anachrony for the idea, which I basically took from Nullius after reading about this tweak in its mod page, and I thought it was far too good of an idea not to replicate for use with other mods.
