I think with the latest SE+K2 update the consumption rate of steam was adjusted and causes a bit of a problem. Standard steam turbines burn steam (of any temp higher than 415) at 83.3/s to generate 10MW of power. When the turbine is changed with your mod to 'high priority' the consumption rate caps out at 50/s which then only lets the generator create 6MW of power unless steam higher than 415 degrees is being supplied. So, only if i supply 480 degree steam or higher i can get the 10mw power out of the turbine.

Can we have the increased priority version of the generator keep the original(non-increased priority) steam consumption rate?

It should keep all properties of the original. Can you try giving the mod an optional dependcy on any of the mods that it doesn't have already?

Looks like that did it, steam consumption stays the same for SE turbines after adding it as optional dependency.

I'll update it at some point then.
