g How to use?

Hello,
I downloaded / activated the mod, but I have no idea how to use it, i.e. how to actually change the priority of any generator. After some trying / searching without success, I even started a new (creative) game with no other mods activated, but could not figure it out, either.

The blue text "power priority" shown in your pictures are nowhere to be seen in my game. The only part of the game where I can notice that the mod is there, is in the mod settings --> "per map" tab, where it shows 'work' or 'shutoff' (I tried a new game for both settings), but I cannot notice a difference. What is this setting meant to do?

So: How do I actually change the priority of a generator? I'd love to be able to!

It should add a planner to the shortcut tab. Normal swipe is to increase priority, shift swipe is to reduce.

Thank you for the quick reply.
I found the priority planner shortcut, but I had to open the shortcut selection menu, as the game only wants to allow 10 shortcuts, which were already used without further mods. Thus, the planner shortcut did not apear visually in the GUI. Maybe it would be helpful to place this hint in the general information tab of your mod ;-)

Sadly, it does not help my purpose to make steam generators / Turbines a lesser priority then batteries / accumulators ...
I'd like to have Solar as main source, accumulators for night and steam as a last resort.
Is it feasible to add another (lower) priority? Afaik, the game uses three prioritys internally?

I haven't tested how the game interacts with batteries having the same priority as generators, so I don't know if it would cause problems yet.
Also, you can increase the number of shortcut rows you have.

It was not my concern that I had to drop a shortcut for the priority selector. I only use a few of theese shortcuts. I just wanted to point out, that your mod is practically "invisible" in vanilla game setting.

Having two generators at the same priority normally distributes the production between them according to their respective max power. I would argue, that this should be the same with generators / batteries. As Batteries are used quite in numbers (at least in my games), they tend to have a far higher peak power than the regular generator. Therefore, although they would run together with the generator, they should do the main part of the work.

The problem (you probably got in mind) could be, that the generator would constantly try to recharge the battery. I think this should not be the case, as battteries do not do this to each other, even on different charge levels. I think I read about this issue in a FFF aeveral months (years?) ago.

Regarding the "work / shutoff" setting: I just noticed, that the "shutoff" setting is meant for deinstallation of the mod, e.g. re-setting al changed generators to their vanilla status. Right?
