Overview

Updated version of the Power Cells mod by caiocrespo as they don't seem to actively work on it anymore. May still be unbalanced or contain errors as little playtesting has been done so far.

Original Description

Allows you to store power into accumulator cells that can be transported and distributed. Also allows you to unlock an upgrade to store more energy and produce single use powergrid charged power cells.

The basic usage is to build a single cell charger to store the excess power production into capacitive power cells. You can then carry around those cells and use it inside of power stations to distribute power. Best to use with outpost.
After the advanced research for power cells, you can then produce advanced power cells and personal power cells for your power armors (Single use only).

Changes

Changes include:
- Empty version of all power cells that will always get returned after usage in power stations
- Rebalancing of fuel values as well as charging time (power cells generally have less power and take longer to charge but cell chargers use less power overall)
- Changing of some names and descriptions to avoid confusion in usage
- General code maintenance and cleanup
- [TODO] New settings to change various aspects of the mod (suggestions welcome)
