Currently, does the following:

• Krastorio 2 Air Filter now pull pollution from neighbour chunks, using Lua logic (omnicompression variant supported, performance can be tuned)
• Omnicompression machines now use different formula for pollution (to be more fair, formula' constants can be freely configured, and can affect both consumers and producers or consumers/producers only)
• Enemy Race Manager enemies now require more pollution to spawn as they level up (constants are configurable)
