Adds a tool to the shortcut bar to mark woven belts. The marked underground belts will no longer be upgradeable via upgrade planner, to avoid accidentally breaking your carefully crafted weaves.

Select the tool from the shortcut bar, or with CTRL+SHIFT+W (customizable). Select the underground belts to protect like you're upgrading them, or use right click to revert protected undergrounds to normal. Protected belts will change to a 'woven' version of the underground belt that is identical to the original underground, but is not upgradable.

Woven undergrounds are copy-pastable and blueprintable. They are built from standard underground belts by bots and result in the original underground belts when mined, so no extra items to have to manage in your mall.

Note: technically, the woven underground belts are separate types from the standard underground belts, so you can actually weave standard belts with the woven versions too. However, this is even more cursed than normal weaving and not recommended. =)
