About the graphics: The graphics are great! They blend very well into the game. Also, how about adding some windows to the plasma-ducts, like pipes? It would be cool to see the light breathing or flowing through them.

I have considered adding the window graphics, and the files are setup to easily transition that. I just have to learn how to model a bit more and make it look nice :)

This mods graphics will likely be updated as time goes on

It might not be easy to copy, but what might save some time is to use the animation sprite of the little magenta-coloured plasma squiggle on a running Fusion Generator (not the reactor).
