As the 'Exotic Blue Islands' planet is an island world, it is decently easy to clear all biters from your island, even at higher evo. This planet then effectively becomes a rest world with resources, removing the need to warp for quite a while (if you can take the lag caused by pollution spread). Is this an intended effect?
