Planetary Options provides small, focused compatibility tweaks for planet
mods.

Current features:

• Revert Promethium science pack and Research productivity tech requirements
  to their vanilla Space Age ingredients and prerequisites (removes any extra
  science packs added by other mods).
• Optionally revert Maraxsis rocket silo visuals to vanilla (only shown when
  Maraxsis is installed).

Both features are controlled via startup settings.
