Hi I just want to inform you that a really nice guy on the internet found an issue with Space Exploration Mod and pipe layer. I never used the pipes from the pipe layer mod in my savegame. Always when I placed a Meteor Defence Installation from SE my UPS droped from 60 to around 30...40. With disabeling pipelayer this phenomenon disappered.
