This should be fixed in 0.3.2. Did you get this to happen by dropping items with Z while in the editor view?

Nop, I think I got it by trying to remove an underground connection from whith a red blueprint from the underground

It is not fixed, it happens when you select an excessively extense area of underground pipes with a red blueprint
