Well ,it is technically possible to do this but if im honest i just dont want to draw 12 * 15 (pipe tiers * types, rotation and remnants).
I could try to use a tint mask and apply the colour in code which would make it 15 times (literally) more likely to be done in a reasonable time with relatively low effort but i have to dig into this first and i guess this wont be happen anytime soon (if ever).
So its a definitive maybe ^^
